The Prospect Park Bandshell is one of the best places (South Street Seaport is prolly the best) to see FREE live music during the summer in NYC. Last year I only saw two shows (Maceo Parker w/ Prince & Broken Social Scene), which is pretty sad considering I literally live directly across the street. I plan on making up for lost time and hitting as many as I can this year, so give me a ring if you are ever up for a night in the park. And here is the schedule…
